Abstract: Abstract After the advantages and possibilities of RPA use were in focus in the second chapter, a step to the side now follows: the presentation of the current competitive situation in the banking sector. This is followed by the preparation of traditional competitive strategies, including their reflection for the banking sector. Based on these results, a further development of possible promising orientations in competition takes place. Finally, the use of RPA for positioning in the current competitive environment is presented.
