Chapter Chapter 11 in Seven Building Blocks of a Successful Corporate Restructuring, 2024, pp 143-147 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Despite their complexity, restructurings can be successfully managed by those responsible if the seven building blocks are observed and the “right” approach is developed. In doing so, the specific aspects of each project within the seven building blocks must be taken into account. But apart from the company, the responsible individuals should also successfully complete the restructuring. This requires a composed handling of political power plays, strength of character, the courage to make unpopular decisions for oneself, and not neglecting one’s own well-being and health. Therefore, try to engage in activities that bring you joy. If restructurings are among those activities—all the better.
