Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Bachelor of Arts Human Resource Management der Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) entstand in einer Kooperation mit dem Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister (GVP). Das Curriculum von 180 Credit Points umfasst Professional Skills, Smart Skills und Management Skills sowie eine Abschlussarbeit. Ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist die Anerkennung von Studienleistungen für erfahrene Personaldienstleistungskaufleute ohne Abitur. Die Einführung des Studiengangs markiert einen Meilenstein in der Professionalisierung der Branche.
