Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die heutige Führungskraft ist das, was sie gestern von sich selbst gedacht hat. Alles in der aktuellen Führungssituation beginnt mit den Gedanken einer Führungskraft. Diese Gedanken können über den Erfolg oder Misserfolg in der Führung entscheiden. Daher ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass Führungskräfte sich selbst gut kennen.
