Abstract: Zusammenfassung Surprisingly, the EUDR has so far remained widely unnoticed by the public, although the Regulation could have much more drastic consequences than the much-discussed European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and its German counterpart (Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains, LkSG).
