Kirsten Baus ()
Chapter Chapter 10 in The Family Strategy, 2025, pp 133-145 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The institutions are the organizational inner workings of a business family. They essentially form the hardware of family governance, while the basic beliefs and rules developed in the family strategy represent the software. The institutions are the framework that stabilizes the family against alienation.
