Directional Decisions

Chapter Chapter 8 in The Family Strategy, 2025, pp 103-118 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The inventory of a family strategy is not an end in itself, it aims at results. Its outcomes serve to bring about decisions, specifically joint decisions of the greatest significance. The immediate result of the inventory is the shaping of the future relationship between the company and the family—the directional decision.
