Abstract:
Abstract We now want to deal with how to operate with one’s investors or how one must deal with them. If these have become shareholders in the company in the sense of the GmbH law through capital increase or conversion, they are already entitled to extensive rights by law, so-called shareholder rights. These rights can vary depending on the specific regulations in the articles of association of the GmbH.
