Abstract:
Abstract From strategy, internal anchoring to the realization and control of special customer experiences—based on the content discussed so far, the following chapter provides interesting insights into real-life practice examples of leading customer-centric brands: Porsche AG, Miele, and Mobiliar Insurance. The various guest authors and interview partners demonstrate how they successfully establish customer loyalty in their industry. They not only talk about the “why”, but also show how they create customer excitement with different approaches, thus contributing to the overall success of the company. The contributions demonstrate the diversity and different perspectives and make it clear that there is no plug-and-play solution for customer loyalty.
