Abstract: Zusammenfassung Im Zuge neuer Arbeitsnormen erhält Kommunikation eine größere Bedeutung, insbesondere mit Blick auf hybride Arbeitsformen und Homeoffice. Die Anwendung von Sprache und die Nutzung bestimmter Technologien können diesen Prozess verbessern oder hemmen. Welche Bedeutung und Wirkung Kommunikation hat, wird in diesem Kapitel thematisiert.
