Abstract Often in small and medium-sized enterprises, the topic of marketing is reduced to advertising. Unfortunately, many companies are not aware that good marketing requires a plan. When business results are poor, some companies hastily resort to operational measures. However, successful marketing requires a concept and the right attitude.
