Abstract: Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird die Grundidee, Zielsetzung und Methodik des BMST erläutert. Der strukturierte Prozess, von der Geschäftsmodellbeschreibung bis zur Strategieableitung, wird vorgestellt. Das Kapitel verdeutlicht Nutzen, Einsatzgebiete sowie Chancen und Grenzen des Ansatzes und positioniert BMST als flexibles, praxisnahes Analyseinstrument.
