Abstract: ZusammenfassungDer Finanzsektor als zentraler Intermediär für das übrige Wirtschaftssystem und dessen Stabilität wird bereits vielfach reguliert und ist in der letzten Zeit im Kontext von Sustainable Finance einer höheren Dynamik unterworfen. Die Europäische Kommission hat eine Vorreiterrolle im Bereich Sustainable Finance durch den Aktionsplan zur Finanzierung nachhaltigen Wachstums (Sustainable Finance Action Plan) eingenommen. Der Sustainable Finance Action Plan der EU-Kommission ist dabei ein umfangreiches legislatives, regulatorisches Programm für die kommenden Jahre. Die Kernthemen von Sustainable Finance wurden dabei durch die bereits erlassenen Vorgaben adressiert.
