Abstract: Zusammenfassung Wem sind Sie als Führungskraft verpflichtet? In einem Unternehmen fällt die Antwort grundsätzlich leicht: Den Eigentümern. Bei NPOs ist die Frage nach der Rechenschaftspflicht nicht ganz so einfach zu beantworten. Denn NPOs haben grundsätzlich keine Eigentümer. Non-Profit Governance folgt daher teilweise anderen regeln als in der Unternehmensführung.
