Chapter Chapter 2 in Cultivate an AI Mindset, 2025, pp 17-35 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Digital transformation requires a shift in mindset to successfully integrate artificial intelligence. This chapter highlights the core aspects of an “AI mindset” such as curiosity, flexibility, and resilience, and demonstrates how organizations and employees benefit from an open attitude. Resistance and lack of acceptance are analyzed, while practical strategies such as adopting new perspectives, ongoing training, and fostering a positive error culture help to develop a growth-oriented mindset. Leaders play a key role: they act as role models and promote an innovation-friendly corporate culture. The message: A positive mindset is the key to sustainable success in the digital era.
