Abstract:
Abstract The automation of recurring processes is a central component of modern process optimization and plays a crucial role in the digital transformation of companies. This chapter highlights the benefits, challenges, and areas of application of AI-driven automation across various business functions. It explains how technologies such as chatbots, AI agents, and machine learning algorithms are used to streamline business processes, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness. Using concrete examples from fields such as customer communication, production, logistics, and human resources, it demonstrates how companies can achieve efficiency gains and deploy their resources strategically through automation.
