Abstract: Zusammenfassung Einmal mehr durfte ich durch das vorliegende Buch «Dilemmata im öffentlichen Sektor» bestätigt wissen, dass der Mensch eine «nicht-triviale Maschine» ist (im Sinne von Heinz von Förster). Aus diesem Grund ist es im Arbeitsalltag von Fach- und Führungspersonen (und damit auch in der Ausbildung von Fach- und Führungspersonen) nicht möglich, nur einfache Lösungen und Tools zu verwenden.
