Abstract:
Abstract Why, then, does lean management hold such significant potential for sustainability? Since lean management is regarded as a corporate philosophy rather than merely a set of optimization tools, it provides a broad foundation for making processes more streamlined and sustainable. Key elements such as the focus on eliminating waste, empowering employees, the principle of continuous and targeted improvement, and the integration of suppliers and customers along the value chain are crucial factors that strongly support the implementation of sustainability concepts.
