Abstract: Zusammenfassung DieKonstruktionsproblem Systematik eines Beurteilungssystems einer Behörde bzw. Institution bildet sich im Inhaltsverzeichnis der BeurteilungsrichtlinieBeurteilungsrichtlinie ab. Die jeweilige Systemgestaltung orientiert sich z. B. an organisationalen Rahmenbedingungen sowie strategischen Überlegungen z. B. zur Systemökonomie und Systemtransparenz. Diese wirken sich auf die Verfahrensgestaltung aus (Abschn. 11.7).
