Chapter Chapter 3 in The Leaders’ Coaching Circle, 2026, pp 17-21 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter we aim to expand the concept of mindset and constructs to the collective level of reality construction. Not only have we all undergone individual socialization processes that influence our perception of reality, but within every social structure—from our own families, to the organizations in which we work, to society and the era in which we live—a collectively experienced “reality” is formed.
