Chapter Chapter 4 in The Leaders’ Coaching Circle, 2026, pp 23-29 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The concept of constructing reality through mental models, as well as their further development, is encountered in all areas of life, including coaching. Since coaching plays a central role in the Leaders’ Coaching Circle, it can be worthwhile to take a closer look at this topic. This chapter provides an exemplary insight into how my personal view of coaching has changed through various external influences and experiences. As a result, my own definition of coaching has evolved from “Coaching is like this” to “Coaching is like this, but also like that, and soon it will be different again.”
