Chapter Chapter 6 in The Leaders’ Coaching Circle, 2026, pp 37-46 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter proposes a new perspective on coaching, encouraging a focus beyond its external form. Executive coaching takes place as a confidential conversation between a coach and an executive, aimed at supporting the coachee with their challenges. Furthermore, the collective knowledge accumulated by coaches and the integration of the latest findings from neuroscience, psychology, communication sciences and systems theory have led to a foundational understanding of how change and transformation—the human side of change—can function in people.
