Chapter Chapter 9 in The Leaders’ Coaching Circle, 2026, pp 117-125 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Teamwork constitutes a significant part of everyday work life. Well-functioning teams are capable of achieving exceptional results that far exceed the sum of their individual members. Conversely, dysfunctional teams can become a burden for both individuals and the entire organization. In this chapter, we will take a look at Peter Hawkins’ STC approach and then examine in more detail how STC can be used in the Leaders’ Coaching Circle to support a team in addressing a specific challenge.
