Zusammenfassung Neurodiversität am Arbeitsplatz ist ein Ansatz, der neurologische Erkrankungen nicht als Behinderungen, sondern als natürliche Variationen dessen betrachtet, was als menschlicher Standard gilt. Verschiedenen Studien zufolge sind bis zu 20 % der Weltbevölkerung neurodivers. Dieser Begriff umfasst Erkrankungen wie Autismus, ADHS, Legasthenie und das Tourette-Syndrom.
