Abstract: ZusammenfassungIndustrielle Wertschöpfung benötigt marktwirtschaftlich-angebotspolitisch geprägte Rahmenbedingungen mit einem horizontalen industriepolitischen Charakter. Vertikal lenkende Eingriffe in industrielle Strukturen tragen nur dann zur Erweiterung der Wohlstandsperspektiven bei, wenn sie Funktionsdefizite der Märkte adressieren.
