Abstract: ZusammenfassungDie Loyalität zur eigenen Firma bröckelt. Der Anteil der Beschäftigten mit geringer emotionaler Bindung hat einen historischen Höchststand erreicht: 78 % der Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland machen nur noch Dienst nach Vorschrift. Nur noch 50 % der Beschäftigten sehen sich in einem Jahr noch bei ihrem Arbeitgebenden. Und nur 34 % planen, in drei Jahren noch beim aktuellen Unternehmen zu sein, so der aktuelle Gallup Engagement Index (2025). Eine bittere Realität, mit der viele Unternehmen heute konfrontiert sind. Aber woran liegt das?
