Es zeigt, dass neben dem bereits im Fokus stehenden Thema Cybersicherheit weitere systematisch unterschätzte Risikodimensionen existieren, die erhebliche Auswirkungen auf Transaktionserfolg, Kaufpreisfindung und Integration haben können.
