Abstract: ZusammenfassungDas Résumé fasst die Kernargumente des Buches zusammen und zeigt auf, warum IT-Due Diligence sich im deutschen Mittelstand von der optionalen Kür zur notwendigen Pflicht entwickelt. Es reflektiert die vorgestellte Methodik und blickt auf die Rolle künstlicher Intelligenz – sowohl als neue Bewertungsdimension in IT-DD-Prüfungen als auch als Werkzeug zur Effizienzsteigerung im Prüfungsprozess selbst.
