Die berühmte englische Höflichkeit als Ausdruck eines bestimmten Kommunikationsstils verbindet gleichermaßen vornehme Zurückhaltung, britischen Humor mit feiner Ironie und einem tief verankerten Bedürfnis nach Fairness.
