Abstract: Zusammenfassung Institutionalisierte Integrationsmodelle entscheiden, ob internationale Pflegefachkräfte im System ankommen oder Rekrutierung in Übergangsverluste mündet. In deutschen sKliniken treffen sie auf arbeitsteilige Organisationslogiken, deren Schnittstellen häufig Reibungsverluste erzeugen. Im Zentrum steht nicht die Anzahl, sondern die Überführung von Qualifikation in verlässliche Handlungskapazität. Diese entsteht durch die Kopplung von Einarbeitung, Mentoring, Sprach- und Kompetenzentwicklung sowie klaren Rollen- und Prozessstrukturen. Damit wird sichtbar, wie Integration als standardisierte und skalierbare Organisationsfunktion gestaltet werden kann.
