Abstract: Zusammenfassung Internationale Rekrutierung endet nicht mit Anerkennung oder Einstellung. Die entscheidende Integrationsphase beginnt im Arbeitsalltag – in Kommunikation, Entscheidungsprozessen und der Koordination professioneller Handlungen. Pflege ist ein interdependentes Handlungssystem, in dem institutionell geprägte Handlungslogiken aufeinandertreffen. Integration erweist sich als organisationsgebundene Koordinationsleistung. Sichtbar wird, unter welchen Bedingungen Vielfalt zur Ressource wird – und wann fehlende strukturelle Rahmung zu Instabilität führt.
