Chapter Chapter III in Hilbert Modular Forms, 1990, pp 133-202 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this section we compute the Hodge numbers $$h^{p,q} = \dim H^{p,q} \left( {H^n } \right)^\Gamma ,$$ where Γ ⊂ SL(2,ℝ)n is a discrete subgroup with compact quotient H n /Γ. In the case where Γ has no elliptic fixed points all those numbers can be expressed by means of a simple invariant, namely the volume of a fundamental domain with respect to the invariant measure.
