A chapter in International Symposium in Memory of Hua Loo Keng, 1991, pp 225-229 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Let the function H (n), defined for positive integers n, denote the number of equivalence classes of quadratic forms of integral coefficients with discriminant -n, where the equivalence classes of m(x 2+ y 2 ) and m(x 2+ xy+ y 2), m∈ℤ, are counted with multiplicity 1/2 and 1/3 respectively.
