Abstract: Abstract This paper analyzes the theory of risk management and the particularity of project logistics, and combines with the relevant research both at home and abroad, then puts forward the model of risk management in project logistics, and expounds the qualitative and quantitative research methods of each step, to provide ideas for risk management of project logistics. But the paper did not research one specific project logistics, so it points out the future research direction at the end of the paper.
