Abstract:
Abstract This paper extracts competency indicators of teachers’ in research-oriented universities with industry feature. The competency model comprises the basis of the quality, teaching ability, industry literacy, research ability. We found that there is significant positive correlation between job performance with overall level and each dimension of competency; teaching ability exclusively impact on job performance through job satisfaction, industry literacy not only impact on job performance directly, but also effect on job performance.
