Abstract:
Abstract With the integrated development of construction projects, the complexity of construction management is increasing. Owing to numerous participants and resources are involved in, it is necessary to evaluate the organizational performance for the construction projects. Considering the objectives and process of construction and the benefits of participants, an index system is established in this paper. Based on the index system, entropy method is introduced to calculate the weight. Then analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey theory are elected as the method for the organization’s performance evaluation. The research provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the management level of construction projects to achieve higher efficiency of the organization.
