Abstract: Abstract Construction market credit evaluation System and the application of the evaluation result are important parts of construction market integrity System. The evaluation results are valuable reference for the government supervision and business transactions. There are still many problems in the process of construction of China’s construction market credit evaluation System. The paper studies the present situation of China’s construction market credit evaluation System by questionnaire survey, summarizes the problems. For example, the evaluation index and criteria are not uniform, the evaluation results are not effectively applied and so on. And give some suggestions for the improvement of China’s construction market credit evaluation system.
