Abstract:
Abstract “Online Financing” is the business development that electronic commerce enterprises carried out through fund flow. This new model breaks the limit of mortgage and pledge, enables a credit risk management mechanism different from the traditional credit model, and completes the association of banks and enterprises. This paper compares B2B online financing and traditional bank credit business, and then takes the examples of Alibaba, Treasure Island to analyze the credit risk management mechanism of B2B mode online financing and study the problems and suggestions of the mechanism.
