Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of the study was to understand the correlation on service quality and satisfaction of Extracurricular Activity Section toward club students of Southern universities in Taiwan. The method of questionnaire survey was adopted for this study. Total of 848 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The empirical results from the five aspects of service quality including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are able to significantly predict overall satisfaction. Finally, based on the findings, this study provided some recommendations for the extra-curriculum activity sector of universities and future researchers for future research reference.
