Abstract:
Abstract A system dynamics approach is applied to study the factors of quality and safety of fresh agricultural products in this paper. Using system dynamics simulation software Vensim, the quality and safety system dynamics model of fresh agricultural products was established to quantify the supervision policy of Hebei on vegetables. The article holds that the supervision should be in the direction of the development of the integrated management of the supply chain. It must be closely integrated internal government regulation and supply chain management, and focus on strengthening the supervision of production processes in order to prevent the emergence of food quality and safety issues, firstly. Secondly, the constructions of regulatory system of agricultural products are the premise. Thirdly, the technical inputs have long-term nature. Lastly, it is not significant for improving the quality to carry out food safety training.
