Abstract: Abstract This paper proposes an innovative four-dimensional evaluation method for military logistics system that designed with evaluation standard system. This evaluation method is based on SPA and reversal of clustering analysis. This evaluation method can not only judge good or bad, but also take the determination of similitude, difference and contrary degree into consideration so as to find out the reasons for being good or bad and make improvement thereof. Such model is well designed and operational.
