Abstract: Abstract The MRP management is the main content and the key link of enterprise logistics management and it is the premise of enterprise timely and accurate material supplying. In the case of the MRP management of SHRC, this paper states the MRP management present situation of SHRC, and thinks due to the staff pay less attention to MRP management work, it has many problems, for example the timeliness and accuracy are poor. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some solutions.
