Abstract:
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic commerce industry, China’s network retail has made remarkable development. TAOBAO take 60 % share in China’s C2C market, but its logistics problems restrict its development seriously. This paper analyzes the TAOBAO logistics management problems of poor quality, high cost and low efficiency. After that, a new TAOBAO logistics model is put forward based on joint distribution. The new logistics model minimizes the object sorting links, so as to improve information flow rate and the level of logistics service.
