Abstract:
Abstract This paper presents a logistics support model for medical goods scheduling to address the uncertain demand in the hospital nodes. The model is a stochastic order and delivery scheduling model, which systematically consider the demand of medical goods for every time slot in different hospital nodes, the storage capacity and other constraints, as well as the integrated delivery plan of medical goods in the dimensions of time and space. The problem is formulated as a mixed 0–1 integer programming model and a heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve it. The test results show the good performance of the proposed model. Hence, it is expected to be useful planning tool for decision-maker to get effective medical goods supply order and delivery schedules.
