Abstract:
Abstract The performance evaluation of rural construction standards system is an important link to ensure effective usage of resource and safety in rural construction, which directly influences the economy development and the stability and harmony of the society. However, little research exists on it. This article provides a guidance to establish the evaluation index system in three dimensionalities, uses the “Addition” integrated method to determine the comprehensive weights of indexes, applies the BP neural network by MATLAB to model and acquire the result of evaluation. This article provides a new idea for performance evaluation model of rural construction standards system, hoping to make a contribute to standardize village construction.
