Abstract: Abstract The paper, based on establishing the appraisal index system of commercial circulation competitiveness in e-commerce age, collects the index data of China’s 31 regions in 2011 and analyzes and evaluates the commercial circulation competitiveness in e-commerce age by factor analysis. Meanwhile, the paper obtains the comprehensive scores and rankings of China’s 7 major regions. Then, the paper uses category analysis to the 31 regions into 5 competitive power levels. Finally, we appraise the regions in this 5 competitive power levels according to the results of the factor analysis. The results show that the commercial circulation competitiveness is highly related to e-commerce development levels and the e-commerce development levels reflect majority of factors belong to commercial circulation competitiveness.
