Abstract:
Abstract This paper started from the Customer Relation Management and Data Mining classification analysis theory, discussed the connotation and system architecture of CRM, DM classification analysis and data processing. The article focused on the SLIQ decision tree classification algorithm and applied it to CRM customer classification study. Customer classification is an important part of CRM and one to one marketing based on customer classification is the essential means for enterprise to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
