Abstract:
Abstract The rapid development of B2C e-commerce enterprises makes customer experience become more and more important. The paper elaborates the factors affecting customer experience from website usefulness, website ease of use, transaction costs, customer participation and interactivity, Internet word of mouth five aspects combined with previous research literatures; establishes customer experience model of B2C e-commerce enterprises based on the TAM model and points out the directions for future research.
