Abstract:
Abstract Cross-border development is the only feasible mechanism by which policy-makers can better cope with the challenges and problems resulting from the increasingly interacted world. And this does work as long as certain bilateral or multilateral agreements are arranged. Over the course of the past decades, various bilateral and multilateral agreements and treaties have been arranged for the joint and cooperative development throughout the world. And, so far many of these agreements and treaties have been successfully implemented.
