Abstract:
Abstract The recommended planning process breaks down a problem into a number of sub-problems, which are tackled one after the other or in parallel. This means that strategies and strategic projects are developed and assessed individually. In Sub-step 3.1 (see Chap. 14 ), for example, corporate strategy options are developed and assessed.
